The wait is over—pre-season officially begins today, and everyone at Pontrhydyfen RFC is looking forward to another exciting year both on and off the field.
After a well-earned break, our players, coaches and volunteers are ready to get back to work as preparations begin for the new season. Pre-season is an important time to build fitness, develop skills, welcome new players and strengthen the team spirit that makes our club so special.
This season promises to be another exciting chapter for the club, with our youth section continuing to grow and our players eager to represent the famous black and amber colours with pride.
Whether you're returning after the summer or thinking about giving rugby a try for the first time, we'd love to welcome you along. New players of all abilities are always welcome, and there's never been a better time to get involved.
